Outlook Express tries to install Visio 2002 on every Send

I installed Visio 2002 but then realized I preferred Visio 2000. I then uninstalled Visio 2002, or so I thought.

Now, when I try to send an email from Outlook Express 6, for some reason my system tries to install Visio 2002 (!). It then tries to find a file visio.msi unsuccessfully. I can Cancel out of it, but it's very irritating.

Please help me rid myself of all vestiges of Visio 2002.
