Outlook Express to Access?? Ugh...

I have an interface set up, where a person copies part of a message from outlook express, and pastes it into a text box. This text box is then concatenated with data that was in another field, with the newly pasted data on the top.

I am wondering if there is any way to automate this action. If the person leaves that message open, and goes into the access form, is there a way to have a command button copy the open outlook message, and paste it into the text box?

By the way, this is for Outlook Express 6, and Access '97.
