Outlook Express Problem

Here is the error message:

Microsoft Outlook could not sign or encrypt this message because you have no certificates which can be used to send from this email address .....@...... .com

This message appears when the user attempts to send an email.

It is Win 2k system. SP4

This isn't related to MS Office, but is the user trying to send encrypted mail? If not, in OE, go to Tools, Options, Security tab, deselect 'Encrypt contents...' and/or 'Digitally sign....'

Yup, solved now, I did the above and now sorted.
