Outlook express on server need access for multi users

Hello all,
I would like to have Outlook express on each users computer access the the same Mail inbox from the server, and I'm not sure how to set that up. The accounts need to be set up so that any user can send and Receive the company E-mail, However that mail must stay on the server.
