Outlook Express migrate to Outlook 2000 or 2003 message error

Can't open this item. Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it"

One of our clients has recently moved from using pop boxes to exchange 2003. I have imported her old .DBX file (Outlook Express 6.0) into Outlook but when she tries to open certain messages, she receives the following error.
'Can't open this item. Could not complete the operation because the service provider doesn't support it'
I have tried outlook 2k client, and Outlook 2003 client.
Any ideas??
