OutLook Express error

My Outlook express is giving me following error. My email server is running ok and other users don't have this problem.

"Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'M. Azam Tanoli', Server: '10.0.0.5', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F "

Can any body help me wat is this error?
