Outlook express and Exchange 2003

I am having trouble setting up new accounts in exchange 2003 and outlook express users. I can setup a new account and then access them using Outlook by telling outlook to use and exchange server but, not outlook express. What do I set wrong on my Exchange server?

OE isn't a mapi client. You'll have to set up IMAP or pop on both sides.
