Have a user that everytime she goes into "recover deleted itmes" Outlook crashes. *The "recover deleted items" window opens and you can see items in there, but it crashes right away.
what I've done:
1)Removed "recover deleted items", closed and reopend outlook and readded it back - Still crashes
2)Uninstalled office - cleaned reg of all office entries, removed any remaning office files - rebooted - defraged- reinstalled office - Still crashes
All the other user in the office are ok. I've even rebuilt her exchange profile - since all other users ok - thought it might be profile - No luck with that either
Is it possible that one of the emails in the "recover deleted items" could be making outlook crash??? (not a clue)
Anyhelp would be appreciated
