hi there,
i've got two questions:
1. how safe is it to run the service pack updates on outlook exchange?
we had problems sending emails and exchange gave us the following error message:
"No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient." --> aha, that makes sense
?!
i checked with the isp and found out that it must have something to do with the exchange on our end. is it a good idea to have run the service packs update? what can go wrong (pls don't say everything)? do i have to reconfigure anything afterwards? does everybody have to log off?
2. we never get "read receipt" message pop ups. where can we change this setting?
thanks a lot!!!
