Outlook Error not resolved by Scanpst

I am having a problem deleting messages in Outlook. Whenever I try to delete a message in my Inbox or in my Deleted folders, I get this error:
Errors have been detected in the file C:\....Outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications and then use the Inbox Repair Tool.
The first time I ran Scanpst, it found errors which it corrected. Now, I keep getting the same above-cited error, but when I run Scanpst, the program says that my file is error free.
HELP! Any ideas???
