Outlook error message at startup

Hi guys,

I have an intermittent problem at a clients site, every now any then when they startup outlook it generates an error saying that you personal folders were not shut down properly bla bla bla.

has anyone got any ideas.

Try running the .pst repair tool? Could be a flaky file.

Google inbox repair tool for the app.

been there done that..... it is outlook 2003 if that is of any help.

This is a .pst file (seems so), or is it actually the users folder on an exchange server?
