Outlook - Disallow Auto Dial up from Incoming junk mail

Hi

I have noticed over the last few weeks that I am getting more and more junk mail which brings up the dial up screen in Outlook. It doesn't actually dial - but neither will it go away - the best I can do is minimise it so I can get on with my work.

Marking it as Junk mail prevents that sender doing it again - but that doesn't help with new senders - and there's plenty of them!

Is there a setting in Outlook that I've overlooked which says Incoming Mail cannot initiate the dial up screen?
