Outlook Deleted Items setting

I'm told that the deleted Items setting is 3 days in Outlook 2003 versus 7 days in Outlook 2000. Does anyone know where to access this setting?

Do you mean when items are automatically removed from your deleted items folder of the .pst file?

If so, right click on the Deleted Items folder/icon, Properties, AutoArchive tab.
