Outlook delegates not saving permissions

Windows 2000 Small Bus Server, using Exchange and Outlook 2000 clients on W2K Pro and W98 workstations...

One user when we try to set her to share her calendar...
Tools > options > Delegates...we add the person who share the calendar...

Go to permissions, Calendar, the default is Editor...
We save it...


Now go back into permissions for the user we gave permissions to...and the permission was changed from Editor to None...

Setting up permissions for delegates is NOT being saved...

Anyone know why or how to fix it???
