I want to be able to set up users in outlook express on one machine (A) and then go to another machine (B) and use some automatic means to set up the same users on another machine. Is there a file/folder i could take of A and put on B so the users are now on B? or is it possible to do what i am suggesting at all?

Tools _ accounts
Select the account and click export.
Use that file on the others to import.

Marc-- Just the kind of thing i am looking for. Is there any way i can export all the users into one file and import them in one file? This is for a project where i have many users +20 and i dont want the people who are going to test it to have to import +20 files. Again any help will be appreciated.

20? not that I am aware of.
But are you actually going to put 20 identical accounts on all PC's? You may run in som trouble handling all that afterwards.

No, I have a web application that has twenty or so users who can be emailed. I use outlook as a front end to view these emails at the moment. The reason i have so many users on one machine is so we can test to see if all the emails are been sent correctly. However i want to be able to test the websiite from multiple machines as i work in a lab environment and dont want to have to set up all the users when i go to a different machine. When the website is running the user will use ther own email package to view there emails from the site. Not sure if imade myself any clearer with that.

It's clear, I just found it a complex way of working.
