Outlook Crashing

I have a wierd issue with Outlook 2000 and wanted to see if any of you guys have experienced this:

One user only, when exiting Outlook, the little bar that says "Please Wait For Outlook to Close" just stay there, and never goes away until you end task.

I've actually re-installed office and recreated the mail profile with no avail.

Any insight?

I would format the computer and start over. It seems like when Office gets screwed up on a computer that is the best way to fix the problem. I know that is not the best answer, but it always works for me.
