When trying to reply to an HTML email, Outlook will let you type a few lines of text at the most before crashing, It comes up with the following error message "outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows, you will need to restart the program, an error log is being created." When I look in event viewer there is no log there.

Thanx for your help. Unfortunately By the time you replied my boss had told me to reinstall the operating system, It was a clients P.C and time is money. I'm not saying you took to long, the reply was a lot faster than what I'm used to, but I can't keep my clients waiting
