any one know how to get the contact phone number appear shown by default when you look at the Contact

say i enter phone number for Home2, and it wouldn't show up when i save it, only Home, Business, Mobil will display
it will show up when i open up that contact, but not in the main display

When you are looking at the "main view" right-click the column headers. Then select "Customize Current View"

You make quite a few changes here, but the one you want is "Fields". Click that and you see a panel with a window on left listing all available fields, and on right a window listing fields which cuerrently appear in your "main view".

In between are buttons "Add" and "Remove". Find the field on the left which you wish to add and click "Add".
