When trying to call my contacts through Outlook, I cannot speak directly to them through the Mic as it doesn't appear to be set up. Can this be done? When I have accessed the help files they instruct to click on a "talk" button which isn't available.

The microphone works fine with other programs, just not with this.

Any ideas?
