My Citrix users have been using MetaFrame 1.8 on NT TSE. These servers have Outlook 2000 on them. These users access mandatory Windows profiles that have multiple Outlook profiles on them.
I recently built MetaFrame XP servers with Outlook XP. When my users use their mandatory profiles, they get a "Configuring Outlook" window. However, their existing Outlook profiles are accessible and work with Outlook XP.
Since an Outlook profile exists, why are they getting this "Configuring Outlook" window? How can I keep this from coming up when they open Outlook? With mandatory profiles, this comes up every time they log into Citrix and use Outlook.
