Outlook Client Replacement...Any?

I would like to know if anyone can tell me if there's an Outlook client replacment out there somewhere? I need still to use Exchange to host my messages and I also need to use something on the Windows platform. I'm looking for a client replacment ONLY. Not the server. Please advise.
