Outlook Check Name Issue 2

Not sure if this is the right area to post but will do so anyway !

Have a bunch of users at a seperate site who occassionally get outlook hanging when resolving names in the to:, cc: boxes etc.

On the client pc Task manager shows 'Not Responding' for outlook and all open outlook areas.

Problem is only happening at this one site and not any of the others but all other network areas at this site seem fine.

Setup as follows:
Windows 2000 Adv Svr running Exchange 2k3
Windows 2000 clients running office 2000

any assistance greatly appreciated

Make sure that the clients can reach an AD Global catalog in a timely manner. You verify that your sites and subnets are set up correctly in AD sites & services.

Definate GC (Global Catalog) issue...

Make sure that the site has at least one GC local to the users....
