OUTLOOK can't connect to imap

hey there
im running qmail on this server, and a couple of days ago we had a power outage....so once i reboot the qmail server

i restarted qmail and refetched all the imap accounts that i have and then i went to check my my imap folders in Outlook...and the i got an error saying:

"could not fetch new headers in the inbox Kinkos"(name of the imap account)

now qmail is running fine..and process email...just can't connect to the imap accounts, however i can ping server.

any suggestion?

Did the IMAP service daemon restart?
