Outlook Calendar

We have salesmen and engineers who use outlook calendar. Right now there seems to be a rash of discontent because they don't get the same view. ACK! "I can't see all of so and so's calendar but Joe Blough can" I know it's important to set up meetings, training classes and so on. It's driving me up the wall! Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

I am not sure how you have everything set up, but why not go Tools --> Options --> Delegates --> And delegate the appropriate permissions from each persons calendar. Otherwise, it seems as if we would need to know more specifically how you have outlook set up for everyone. (Exchange Server, Same version, etc., etc.)

I was just informed that the problem with the calendar stems from appointments being made through the SQL server. The person who the appointment is made for needs to save it before anyone else can see it.
