Outlook Calendar finding deleted contact

I have a user who updated a contact by creating a new contact and deleted the original contact. When retrieving the email address however, it shows both old and new contact accounts. But in the contacts list the old contact info is not there. Where is outlook pulling this info from?

The old contact is coming from the 'nickname cache'.

Thanks smah. I thought it was cached somewhere but did not know where or what file type.
