Background: We are using Exchange 2003, with Office 2003 on XP.

I have a user's calendar which isn't showing an appointment, yet if someone else views it via shared calendar it's in there. Further more, if he goes into Outlook Today it's listed...just not in his calendar? I have tried creating a new user profile, logged into a new computer; still no good! Anyone have any ideas?

Also, can someone tell me why when editing a HTML reply/forward email does it put extra spaces in. This will only happen when not using Word 2003 to edit emails.

Thanks,
John

JEngles,

I can't help with the first part of your question, but the second part:
If you use Shift+Enter to move to next paragraph, it overwrites HTML's desire to double space.

Alas it was not that double spacing I was referring to. I'm talking about if you put 1 space in the reply text it will create 3 instead.

For your 1st question:

1. Are there any filters on the calendar view?
2. Is it one particular type of appointment or one appointment only?

Cheers.

By George I think this might be resolved now.

It appears that the problem was due to a corrupt re-occurring event, this has been deleted and I am monitoring the situate. Hopefully no re-offending occurrences appear.

Thanks heaps.

Cheers,
John
