Hi, hope somebody can help with this.

What i want is outlook to automatically send an email at a particular time everyday. The email is asking staff to do a particular task, and it needs to be sent at 4pm daily. Is there a way i can set this up so it happens automatically? We are running Outlook 2002 and exchange. Any ideas?

Hi,
Not sure how to send a mail but you can send a meeting request (or reminder) with a recurrance of daily for 4 pm.
When the user accepts it the first time it goes into their calender and they get reminded before 4 every day about whatever u put in the subject line of the request.
Let me know if this is what u are looking for?

You can also tell Outlook to not deliver the mail before 4PM

There is a Do not deliver before...in tools options but I dont think that this would suit as the mail would manually have to be sent everyday.
I think a calender/meeting request sent once with a daily occurance would be an easier option.
