If it is in your startup folder, remove it.
If not then click on Start|Run. In the box type msconfig, then OK. Clcik on the Startup tab at the top right.
Find Microsoft Outlook in the list and UNcheck the box next to it. Click OK and then OK the restart.
When it starts up again it should be gone.
