Outlook: Auto Accepting as Tentative

Hi all,

Outlook 2003 is Auto Accepting appointments as tentative. But, the setting in Outlook is unchecked....?

I don't want it to auto accept the appointments, is there any way around it, or another setting im missing.

Is there a delegate?
Look at Tools > Options, Delegates tab
