I have a user running Office XP who uses Word as the default email editor. When sending a new email, clicking on the "To" button fails to bring up the Outlook address book. The address book and Contacts folder work properly otherwise. I've already checked to see if the contacts folder is set to appear as a folder. Have also checked every other setting I can think of. Have also uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled, with no success. Any sugestions? Thanks!
