I need some help with a strange problem that Im having in my machines. I have 30 Windows NT 4.0 Workstations with Microsoft Outlook 98 installed on it and I have 2 different problems about the Outlook 98:

1º - My clients can´t open .MSG files when it comes attached in another e-mail ( e-mail message attached ). It appears an Error Message saying that can´t find the form necessary
2º - I can´t add the Contacts folder in the Address Book. Neither, I can´t add the Outlook Address Book in the Services tab.

In all the stations I did the Workgroup instalation, because we use a Exchange server here.
Any ideas of how I can get out of this mess ???

OBS: Sorry for my bad english...Im from Brazil !!!

Well...

I found out the answers to my own problem. Funny but true. The answer for my problem about the Outlook Address Bar was the missing of one DLL called CONTAB32.DLL. Soon when you copy this file to your system32 folder you can ADD the Outlook Address Bar and the contacts menu as a miracle just pop in your screen.

The other problem about the .msg files was kind of easy too. It´s all about a problem of form. If you copy the file FRMCACHE.DAT in the form folder inside the windows main folder, you can fix it. Of course, since you copy it from a machine that is working just fine.

I think its all
