We are upgrading our users from Win95 to WinXP. A couple of users with the new PCs are complaining that they get error msgs with email. These are NDRs, typically saying:
No transport provider was available for delivery to this
recipient.
Mainly only happens when sending to multiple people, and i have checked that all the people being sent do actually exist.
The user is set up for Internet Mail, Outlook address book, Personal address book, & personal folders. All the configuration looks correct. I have created new profiles, new personal folders under existing folders, recreated all contacts/address books, run the scanpst tool, & am running out of options..
It must be something to do with WinXP as it is only affecting these users..

Any suggestions very welcome
