I have several users in my organization. One user in particular when anyone forwards a contact to her from their Microsoft Outlook contacts screen (Outlook 97) in the body of her email it looks like a yellow square instead of a contact card and when you open it a screen shows up with the contacts name but it is not a contact card and contains none of the contact information.
This is an internal user. I know to send contacts externally sometimes you have to change the format to Rich Text Format for external addresses but this is an internal company address through Microsoft Exhange Server and this is the only recipient that can't seem to receive contacts.
It doesn't matter who sends her the contact either. I tried from a couple of different machines with the same result.
One more thing that is strange user A sent several contact cards to user B (the user who can't receive them) and they showed up as yellow squares with no data. However, if user B forwards the email to a third user User C then User C gets the contact cards correctly but the user in the middle was unable to see them as contact cards.
Any idea what I need to check?
Thanks,
Amanda
