Outlook 8.22 for mac & exchange 5.5

Does anybody know how to get outlook 8.22 for mac to connect to exchange 5.5 on an nt4.0 box. I can get the mac outlook client to do a check name on the client but when you double click on the outlook icon the splash screen appears & client can not connect, message that appears is "network problems preventing authentication etc.." I can go to chooser on the mac & browse the exchange box but can not seem to authenticate against it. This is happening on 3 x macs, all macs using static TCP/IP

It would be worth setting the Logon Network Security to None in the Advanced tab for each Outlook profile. This will prompt for a username and password for the NT domain when they logon.
