Outlook 2K won't process the same senders email twice?

Hi

I have hundreds of rules set-up in Outlook 2000 and the system checks for new emails every 10 mins, if the sender sends more than one email, rules only processes the first one it receives.
Is there any way for all the received emails to be processed, even if there is more than one from the same sender?
