Outlook 2K on Windows XP, cannot find exchange server

I have just taken delivery of some shiney new XP Prof machines. I have loaded Office 2K on them, and generally, there is no problem.

But, on one machine, I cannot get it to connect to the Exchange Server, in Outlook, and find the correct mailbox.

XP then generates an error report, with the title:

Run a DLL as an APP

It also intimates that there is a problem with RUNDLL32.

I have loaded up SP 2 onto the machine, but still, Outlook crashes with the same error.

I am rather p*ss@d off with this, as all my other machines, which are all identical, have worked fine, and I cannot get this to work correctly, especially since I it has hardly been used.
