Hi.

A client on our Exchange network wants to retrieve e-mails from the Exchange Server as well as his Netcom POP3 server. He wants the messages to be delivered into a single Personal Folder, using only one mail profile. The user is using a single laptop, running NT Workstation 4.0 (SP5) and also wants the same functionality when out-of-the-office.

We've created a profile with both Exchange Server and Internet/POP 3 mail servers defined, however, when on the road, the Outlook client uses only the POP3 server, and not the Exchange server to send and receive messages.

Is it necessary to split the servers into separate profiles?

Thanks.
