Outlook 2007-Do I need two Installs?

I am running windows Vista. Outlook 2007 is our e-mail client.

There are two people using this computer. Both need vastly different Outlook configurations. Profiles does not seem to help. When I change font size and other features after I log in using my profile, I find that the settings are carried over when the other person logs in under their profile.

Do I need two separate installations and if so, how do I get them to point to different PST files? Is there a better way to manage this that I am missing?

Thanks,

Jay

Each user needs their own login Vista profile and Outlook login profile. If you share Outlook, you share settings and email accouts.

There is no need to install Outlook twice. As long as Office (or just Outlook if it is standalone) is installed at ADMIN level, then the apps are available to all users when they log in and each has their own settings in their own profile.
