Outlook 2007 crashing on meeting request

Having a problem with Outlook 2007 (enterprise) crashing whenever an appointment is received or viewed. This only happens when the appointment is coming from another user in the Exchange environment. If a new calendar event is created with no one in it, then it is viewable. Attempted the following fixes so far:
- Installed all updates from Microsoft Update
- FixPST
- Un-installing and re-installing Office suite
- Running Microsoft Office Diagnostics
- Running outlook in safe mode (Outlook.exe /safe)

... problem still occurring. If I open up the account on a seperate PC running Office 2003, no problems.
