How do I set my outlook so that it alway opens with an expanded inbox? It already opens by default in my inbox HOWEVER I want it to open with an expanded inbox. I want all my subfolders under the inbox to show when I open Outlook. I know this is kind of unimportant but 2 important employees here at work have requested this and I don't know how to do it for them.

There is no option to have everthing expanded, however if they open outlook and expand everything click file and exit. The next time they open outlook everything should be expanded.

Just to reiterate, the important point is to close Outlook using File, Exit and not just click the Close X. This forces Outlook to remember the current settings for when it next opens.
For example, if you have Contacts open in its own window as well as the In Box open and use File, Exit, when you next launch Outlook, it will open to the In Box and the Contacts will be opened in a second window too.
