Outlook 2003 synchronization settings

How would you change the settings to only synchronize all folders in outlook upon exiting only?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Tools > Options > Mail setup > Send/Receive

Untick all the tickboxes, and tick JUST the "Perform an automatic send/receive when exiting"
