Outlook 2003 with SP2 now no longer shows the subject of the message in the mail column (2nd one in) although it does show in the actual message column, any ideas how to get back?

Have also just noticed that it has converted all e-mails into plain text and not html, anyway of reseting them?

1. Have you tried a detect and repair ?
2. To change the email format.
From your opened Outlook (inbox) Tools--->Options---->Mail Format
Look in the drop down box on the right side and select HTML.

Have tried both, it happened when Active Sync 3.8 wouldnt resolve to items with errors. Is quite annoying.
