Outlook 2003, Save As, RTF

Hi,
I have a user that tell me that since we have migrate from Otlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, that he can't save his email as RTF file anymore. Is there a way to add RTF option in the Save As?

If an email in Outlook 2000 is in rich text format, it can be saved as rich text. If it is in HTML, it cannot. Have him change his default to rich text and he will be able to save it that way. If he is trying to save an email received from someone in HTML, he still will not be able to save it as rich text.

Here's what I found and my users can live with it.

The only work around that I can think of is to do the following.
- Under the Edit menu, select Edit message
- Under the Format menu, select Brut Text
- Under the Edit menu, select Edit message
- Under the Format menu, select Rich Text Format
Then save the message from with Outlook 2K3.
