I'm getting an error message from outlook 2003 when I click on a link within an email saying:

"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I'm the only user of this laptop and am fairly sure i was able to open links on from Outlook before.
I did a search on google and think it's to do with the spyware I have on the computer. I have the Microsoft Antispyware and Spyware Doctor.

Any advice?
