Hi all.

I have a work around but here is the problem.

A user creates a recurring meeting for 100 attendies (not that the number matters).... The user wants to change the meeting room for one of these meeting not the whole lot.

When the user submits the changes they get, "operation failed"

Solved simply by... Sending an email about the room change. :)

But. Is there an explanation?

Oh, Office 2003, Exchange 2000

Thanks,

Brett

Hi Brett
When they open the Meeting in their Calendar to edit it, are they selecting 'Open Occurence' or 'Open Series'? If they only want to change it once then they should be using 'Open Occurence'.
I don't know if this will help, just a guess!

Thanks,

As it turns out, It is a conflict between a machine running XP Pro and XP Pro SP2.

Typical M$ problem.....

Upgrading to XP Pro SP2 fixes it.

Thanks,

Brett
