Outlook 2003 Recurring Appointment

I have a user who is experiencing a problem with Outlook 2003 ... she has numerous recurring appointments. She has them set to be "all day" appointments, so that the appointment appears in the top portion of her calendar for the day. The appointments were correct this morning, then mid-way through the day they change to be 12.5 hr appointments (12am - 12:30pm).

She has to manually change each series to be All Day appointments again ... and then after a while they'll change back to 12.5 hour appointments.

Any ideas what is going on? Not using Sharepoint Services. Not synchronizing with any handheld devices.

Office 2003 Professional SP3

FYI these recurring appointments were created when the user had Office 2000. This behavior only started happening after her recent upgrade to Office 2003.
