Hi,
We have a user on our network who is using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 (as opposed to 99% of other PC's who are Windows 2000 and Outlook XP).
She needs to change the way Outlook edits messages and would like to change the options under Tools>Options>Mail Format>Message Format, however the options under Message Format are grayed out. Why would this option be grayed out under her PC and not other PC's? Could this be a local policy set for Windows XP?
Any help would be appreciated.
