Running Outlook 2003 service pack 2 on XP Pro. Each account has full rights to their respective PC.

I've got 2 PC's one that allows me to choose the sender of a new message as a distribution group instead of my email address. But the other PC is missing this option.

On the one that works I create a new message and then goto "View" and select "From:" but on the other PC it is missing "From:" and "BCC:" option therefore I'm not able to use this feature.

Any ideas on why this happening?

Try the little drop down next to Options button (on same toolbar as Send button) to find the From: and BCC: options.

-Why use a big word when a diminutive one will do?-

Just a thought but it might be happening because you have word as the email editor set on the PC. If you do a new email with this set then go to the view menu when word is the email editor there is no option for BCC this might be why ?? If you then don't use word as the email editor do a new email, go to view menu and you will then have the BCC listed.

Thank you both for your help! PCmad, you're correct, the other PC had Word selected to edit emails. Once I remove this option I can see the BCC option. Good call and thank you!
