Outlook 2003 Pro - E-mail Print Views

Hi

How do you change the print views in Microsoft Office 2003 Pro? I have a user that wants the 'sender', 'to', 'subject' to be shown on the printout, but at present it is not included. I've had a look around but can't seem to find the setting anywhere. Can anyone help?
