Using Outlook 2003 with an exchange server, when you invite others to a meeting, you can see all the details of other employee's calendar events. With 2000 we could only see whether they were Free or Busy. I can't imagine the HR director would be happy having a worker being able to see that he has an appointment to dismiss someone. Is there any way to set the options to allow Free/Busy info only and not the details of the invitee's appointments?
